New to the Group

Hi everyone, just stumbled across this forum this morning... and have wondered why I didn't know about it earlier! I live in Indiana, and have been an avid amateur smoker for a couple years. I had been using a converted kettle grill as a smoker. Now I have an offset Smoker that I'm taking for a test drive this week. Hope to learn quite a bit here, and well as contribute where I can.

Not anything fancy.... it's a Char Broil model. It's definitely the heaviest grill I've ever tried to move.
