New to the group.

I live south of Boxholm Iowa Boone county. At this time I have two webmaster electric smokers the smaller one I have the cold smoker box attached to. I tried some smoked homemade Bolonga from My cousin last night that was great. He has refurbished the smoke house that his parents used and possibly our grand parents. Got me thinking I want to move up in size and build a smoke house. So I am kind of researching different ways of doing that. I raise berkshire pork and can't wait for my next one to be ready to butch. If I could get a smoke house built before then I would try smoking a smaller whole hog.
