Houston, TX. I have been watching, reading and salivating for well over a year now. Figured I should make my presence known.

Greetings fellow drooler.
Hope you get out here and post a few cooking pics with us when weather permits.. although down there you may get to cook outdoors 300 days a year.
Have fun and be safe!
Good luck!

Welcome! We all know there is a lot more than two things that come from Texas. And good BBQ is one of them!
Looking forward to your posts!

Thanks guys. Houston has been a bit nippy for a few days... Thought I left all that behind when I left N.Y., N.D., and AK. !! At some point I might post picks of the cedar smoker I'm building. Not finished yet, but I can now use it.

Scott

Yep welcome to SMF. Best smoking forum out there. You will fit in with the rest of us droolers here lol. Add what you can and join in as well. Ask lots of questions and show us some Q-view when you can....

We love to see how the process goes... You might as well start a thread so we can see what you have so far!

Hey welcome Tonz from Stamford, Ct.
Well I joined up in 2012, and have only watched and made a few comments, but in the last month I've really step up my game.
I love this forum and the good people in it.
Hope to see ya around, "ya, all".... is that how they say it in Texas? LOL

You gonna step up your game and show us some good pics?
Your in the mow mow bbq group?
Would love to see some pics of the lang 84 in action.

Yah, I just figured out today how to post pics in here, now I'm having problems sending pics from my iPhone to my laptop.
I just can't catch a break lately.
The one and only pic I had on my laptop, worth posting got posted as a test and it worked, now the iPhone issue.
The Papa Mow Mow Team is no longer, I'm a loner now.
Here 's my only pic so far, my cappy.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a nice sunny chilly day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
