Hello all, I live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and have grilled for a number of years.  I recently bought a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker (22.5) and have smoked some ribs.  The first time I smoked three racks of baby backs and they turned out great.  The second time I loaded it up with 12 racks of baby backs and they turned out great as well.  I have never smoked anything else, so I want to start trying some other types of cuts and meats.

Welcome to SMF....You will have a great adventure smoking some of the other meats. Butts, brisket, fatties, chickens....the list goes on.

Kill it and grill it..........
