Hi All! My name is Eli I'm from New York and I've been thrown into the industry by a long history of curers and smokers of fish in Brooklyn, NY since day one.
I started learning the business from the age of 16 and now, 7 years later I've smoked hundreds of thousands of pounds of fish, all kinds of fish. I'm looking to learn more about smoking and enhance the process in any way possible. What is there for a 23 year old with no other skills, no degree, and a bunch of knowledge in smoking fish. Trying to figure out how to make this into a career and make money in the process.
Looking to meet some cool people that share a passion for the art and are ready to bounce back ideas.
