New to smoking

Hello, My name is Tom and I'm from NW Iowa. I got a new Pit Boss PB820 pellet smoker for Fathers Day. I had to buy it, but I got one. So far I've smoked pork chops and chicken breasts and they have come out GREAT. Today pork roast. I thought I cooked good food on a grill. But wow, smoking beats it. Looking forward to learning new recipes and ideas from this forum. Thanks for having me and happy smoking.
