Hello all. My family got me an inexpensive Brinkman electric smoker for my birthday. I have enjoyed using it. I'm in WI, and tried to smoke 50 pounds of turkey overnight. It was in the 40s overnight, is that why my smoker couldn't get over 125 degrees? Normal has been 220-225.
