Hello, I am Gettis from Maryland. This is our first time with our own smoker. My wife and I love going out for great BBQ and figured we could save some money by making our own. She grew up in Oklahoma with big family BBQs... smoking whole pigs and fried catfish. I grew up in the Philadelphia area with limited exposure to great BBQ... maybe I can try smokehouse cheesteaks We recently purchased the 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse for our new adventure.
