New to smoking

Hello I'm no to smoking I've helped a buddy a few times but that's about it . I got a 30" gas masterbuilt wanted to fire it up today. It's ll seasoned and ready to go. What meat should I start with? Thanks

Welcome to the board! Try starting with split chicken breasts rather than something large that takes more time and experience.
