New to smoking

Hey my name is Thad from omaha, Nebraska. Bought a hollow smoke 30166e electric smoker from menards over the weekend. Nothing top of of the line but affordable. Stumbled upon this site doing research. Never smoked before so started with chicken drum sticks and really enjoyed them. May try a pork tenderloin next.
