hey my name is mike ilive in akron ohio. i am considering a cokshack electric smoker or a stumps vertical baby smoker or a backwoods chubby smoker. i am looking to cook alot of pork and chicken and want a nice bark on the meat, but dont want to have to tend the thing all day. i know an electric will provide set and forget but have read the taste and appearance can be lacking . i will be adding the bbq guru temp control and fan to a charcoal smoker if that is what i choose. any suggestions? thanks mike
