New to Smoking but LOVE IT!

Hello to All at SMF...  I've been grilling for many years, but decided to try smoking.  I purchased the Landmann 40" Electric Smoker and all I can say is WOW!  I did some ribs and chicken wings last weekend and they came out excellent.  I have tried apple, cherry, and hickory woods but like the fruit woods best.  Thanks to all at SMF because I started reading this site quite a while ago to educate myself on smoking and it has paid off!!
