New to SMF

Hello from Pensacola, Florida

Been looking at the SMF site for a while, looking for recipes, mods, ideas.  Have had a Smoke Hollow 44" gas for about 2 years.  Have smoked pork butt and ribs only so far.  Looking forward to smoking some other items.

SM1953, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and enjoying your SH44.  I have some great memories of Pensacola from the late 70s.  I still tell folks about an oyster bar that used to be just over the bridge to the base where we paid $3 for a dozen oysters.  We used to eat 3-4 dozen each.  I haven't enjoyed oysters much since.
