Hello to all. I'm not new to smoking meats and such, but new to SMF. I've looked here for advice many times. I have made my own "smokehouse" and have an old hasty bake I refurbished that I use for hot smoking small batches.
I am by no means a pro, just a slightly informed advocate of smoking my own food and making my own sausages etc. Once I figure out how to post pics here I'll put up a few of what I built.
