New to SMF

Hhello, I'm fordxer and am new to this site and smoking. I have read some of the messages on here and there looks to be a ton of knowledge. I am from Buckner, Mo (just east of Kansas City). I am using the Oklahoma Joes longhorn grill. Hope to gain a lot of knowledge from this site.
