New to SMF

Hello All,

Just a quick intro.  My name is Bruce, I live in far N/W Indiana.  Owned a charcoal smoker for years, but the years took a toll on it.  So, my wife bought me an electric Smoke Hallow for Christmas.  Not sure if Im gonna like smoking with electric, but from what I hear, it has its advantages.  Looking to do a brisket and some ribs to christen it.
