New to SMF from MO

I'm 44, married, 2 sons. I own a small farm in SW MO; cows, chicks, dogs, goats. I am a retired/disabled U.S. Army veteran.
I enjoy grilling (but I am by no means a grill master), motorcycles, farming, hunting, & fishing.
The type of smoker I use is an old propane double griller that I have converted one side to be the wood side and the other the grill.
