New to site-Great reference for me

Hello I'm new but have been using the site as a reference for sometime.  Figured I should join the crowd instead of just lurking around.  I'm from Northern California the climate allows me to do a lot of dried meats especially salami.  That is by far my favorite but I also like messing around with he smokers. 

As my young kids take up more of my time I've been working on finding simpler quick recipes that I can include them in.
