New to using a smoker, but not to "smoking" meat. I usually just did it in my grill. I saw this little portable camp smoker by MasterBuilt and said to myself, "Self, let's smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving!" Come to find out, I had said it out loud and people were looking at me strangely. It was Walmart, so........
Anyway, looking forward to smoking some stuff and having a blast with it. So far I have smoked the turkey, quite a few chickens, beef steaks, pork loin, fish, and even smoked a smoked ham. My favorite flavor is using pistachio shells.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a nice sunny chilly day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
