If you've check and cleaned the float , take a look at the gasket on the door . See if it has hard water build up , or maybe a tear somewhere . Mine was doing the same ( different brand ) after I used vinegar on a rag to wipe down the door gasket it stopped .
Are you talking about a deli drawer ? If so they have an issue of the evap drain freezing up , and dumping the water under the deli drawer . It freezes and the ice build up keeps the deli drawer from opening .
They sell an extended tab to go on the heater , and into the drain tube . Thing is you have to get it all thawed to install it .
