New to all of this!

#Hello everyone,

I am new to smoking and this is also the first forum I've ever joined.

I live in Angola NY, which is about 30 minutes south of Buffalo.

I am 24 and just bought a house in November with my wife and newborn. I have just started smoking meats and the more I dig into it the more I love it and I want to continue to grow and learn from all of the wonderful minds in this forum!

As of right now I have been smoking and grilling on a Char-Griller 1224 Smokin Pro with the Side Fire Box. I am looking to do some mods coming up this summer and expanding my knowledge.
