New Texas Member

Hi all,

I have been a member of the main forum since I got my WSM start of this year. But I now realized that there was a forum for members in Texas. I am Danish but live in Houston where I am working for a Danish shipowner.

I have been smoking quite a lot and I am looking at getting a gravity feed smoker, as the space in my WSM is a bit limited when both making ribs and chicken at the same time. 

Anyone in the Houston area who have a gravity feed smoker, because I would like to see one IRL.
