Hi y'all!

My name is Scott Butterworth hailing from Hill Country Texas.

I've been BBQing for many years and found your forum while surfing around looking for something new to try over the weekend. I stumbled on to SMF and think I've found heaven!! I can't believe I didn't find it sooner!

My current Q is an offset Oklahoma Joe's and given that I have lots of native pecan and oak on my land and lot's of hungry family & friends I do my best to keep her loaded down all year long.

I look forward to exchanging with everyone.

Well, back to the fire! brisket, elgin sausage and something new tonight... Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans. I can't wait!
