New smoker

Hi all I'm Matt from Qld Australia. I've always enjoyed barbecuing and have mastered cooking on coals in my cast iron camp ovens. It's only recently one of my mates has put me onto smoking. I bought a cheap offset smoker this week and found this site today so I'll be learning some tips and tricks .
