New smoker.

Ohio isn't a big bbq state but I love anything on a grill or smoked. The flavor is unbelievable and amazing. Just got my first smoker and could use all the tips I can get. I just got a smoke hollow propane smoker with the wood chip box. I'm a big brisket and ribs guy but can't go wrong with turkey or chicken! Crafting a box now to keep the wind and snow off my smoker!
