Just got an MES and have used this site for great information which has helped me to successfully smoke tri tip and chicken so far. Looking forward to smoking a pork shoulder butt this weekend and a bottom round. Thanks to everyone here who has posted about their process and outcomes. This information has been indispensable to me!
