I already posted in the Charcoal Smoker forum, but figured I'd introduce myself here also. I found a Kingsford water smoker for $35 at Walmart, and have been wanting to smoke meat for a while, so I decided to get it. I've used wood chips on the grill before, but today is my first time really slow smoking anything. A rump roast has been going for about 5 hours now. We'll see how it turns out. That's all for now.
