Well here's the new smoker and Brisket I've been smoking all day.

I purchased the smoker at Academy yesterday for 300 bucks it's 3/16 steel plate and welded well.

That Brisket I'm smoking has been on the smoker for 8 hours and it was a 11lbs Brisket. I put temp. To it and it's reading 180 already. Seems to hold heat very well and smoke good.

No I purchased a new smoker but thank you. Here is the finished brisket. I had never purchase a big smoker like this before my others where junk. So I moved up to a big nice smoker.
