New Primo Large on the way - what to smoke first?

Im thinking maybe something more forgiving like chicken.  Maybe a whole chicken or tons or wings...

Now Im not scared to jump in and cant wait to get my hands on some baby back ribs..

My Maiden cook on a Primo would definitely be a big ole Porterhouse and Grilled Potatoes with Sweet Tea and a Jack Daniels as my appetizer.
