New member here! My name is Sam i live in Sanger TX, which is about 45 miles north of Dallas/Ft. Worth (small town less than 7000 people). Im married to my lovely wife and we have a 3 year old daughter, who both love bbq and smoked meats! I grew up in a family that owned a catering and wedding/event venue business where people would have weddings and business parties that we would cater for. I remember helping my dad with grilling and  smoking when i was 10 and have always loved it since (im 26 now). Still to this day its my favorite way to cook and i love learning new recipes and techniques to smoking! thanks for the add and cant wait to get to know yall! Cheers!

Thanks right now i have a Yoder wood burning smoker and Im in the market right now for a pellet smoker!

Many pellet smokers here, ask for their advice. I'm burning sticks in an offset.
