Hello all!! I'm Sam from Greenwood, SC currently I have a master built electric smoker, but I have plans on building one out of a 500 gallon propane tank. Me and a couple of buddies competed in our first BBQ competition (not using the masterbuilt smoker), and now we are hooked. Most of the cooking we had done before this had been for friends and family. I look forward to looking through the forums and learning all I can.
