hi everyone,

Im doda and I'm new to smoking meat. I live in northeast Ohio with my wife. Last year we purchased a char-broil smoker. Since we purchases it, we used it several times . It seams easier to use the grill. I like to start to use the smoker more. In september, we are going to have a  cookout. I like to use the smoker and cook some pork chop. We like to use Jeff's rub and sauce
