Just picked up a z grills 700e very gently used for a steal price. First smoker, looks like a nice addition to the backyard hardware. First cook was a rack of spare ribs. Just used a store bought rub for simplicity. 225 for about 6.5 hours, sprayed hourly with a mix of water, Worcestershire, soy and a bit of honey. Ribs came out great, nice bark and very tender and juicy. I'm hooked on smoking!
