Getting smoker for Xmas (Char-broil  Digital Electric Smoker Model #14202002-A1)

Looking around to see what the first thing is going to be.

Now all I can do is wait to start try new thing.

You certainly have plenty of time to figure out what your first smoke will be.

Chicken thighs are about the easiest thing to smoke, & they are cheap.
