Hi All.

I am not new to BBQ and have a team called Braai-Q where we compete locally in both KCBS and PNWBA - cooking Ribs, Brisket, Butt and chicken.

Braai-Q is a Canadian BBQ team made up of ex South Africans, Darrel Seskin, Rob Eichhorn, Brad Seskin and Louis Saitowitz . The word "Braai" is a South African term for BBQ.

Currently we using 2 smokers for competition being a Yoder and Traeger Texas 34.

We are proud that we have managed to collect a few ribbons and can not wait for the season to start again and continue to make many incredible friends in these forums as well as on the circuit - I continue to learn new tricks and techniques.

Take care and happy smoking and grilling

Cheers

Darrel
