Hello all. New member from Tucson Az here. Have been partaking in the wisdom of the forums through Google for years and decided to be a member of the community.
I smoke on my 26inch Weber Kettle grill mostly using the snake method. I'm considering purchase of a Weber Smokey Mountain but everything turns out good on the Weber kettle so I've not pulled the trigger yet. (Friends are after me to get a green egg as they all have one but I'm undecided)
Currently smoking a 2.5lb piece of pork belly as I type this. Almost done at this point.
