Hello all. I'm new to this forum and live in Texas. I have an older model GOSM gas smoker and have been able to turn out pretty good 'cue with it. Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. I already have some questions for some of the older members here.

I actually wanted to knoe if you have recieved your Camp Chef smoker yet. The 24 inch width really intrigues me. The only drawback to the GOSM is that I have to cut my ribs in half for them to fit on one shelf.

Yes I did and I am impressed. I was looking for the posts started on that and darned if I can find them. Soon As I find it again I'll post the pictures and results!

Welcome to the SMF BillyQ. As you probably have already seen from your reading, we have a great bunch of folks here, so jump right in and post often.

Also keep in mind, if you have enjoyed your GOSM, it also comes in a Big Block size that will accomodate those full racks for you.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. It's a good feeling knowing that others enjoy their GOSMs as much as I do.
