Hello all, I'm just a novice Q'r and I'm building my first 55 gal drum smoker this weekend. I really enjoy to BBQ and want to go to the next level with smoking. Any advise is appreciated. I purchased the Big Poppa DIY Pro package that arrived yesterday so now its time. Picking up my new, unlined barrel today after work!
