Just got an electric smoker for Christmas and looking for thing to do with it.  My original plan was to make Andouille Sausage.  I'm an avid deer hunter and have been processing my own deer meat for many years.  Last year, I added the capability to make link sausage.  Now I'm adding smoking to my abilities.

I joined the site because it looked interesting and I thought I could learn something and some day even provide some insights and experiences.
