Been lurking for a while and decided to join after the family bought me a Masterbuilt sportsman elite 30" gas smoker for Christmas. Love to bbq and have been trying different ways to ad smoke on the bbq. Have read some posts about seals for the door and needle valve for the gas hose. As well as upgrading the pan for the chips and a better thermometer. Some of the parts are at least double $$ if not more when looking from amazon .com to amazon.ca. So I'll do a bit more shopping before I start to build the smoker. Would like to do a bit of sealing with RTV before I put it together as well..
