Hi my name is Frank. I whitetail hunt in the NE and recently purchased my own processing equipment- grinder/sausage stuffer, dehydrator- a start. I'm looking for creative ways to eat the venison I was fortunate to harvest this season- salami, vjerky, snack sticks, etc. and realized that this is the place to be for advice, tips and best practices.

Thanks and glad to be here.

Frank

Hi Frank! And welcome, lots of game hunters here that make everything imaginable out of their game. I don't hunt because I never developed a taste for wild game. But I'm sure there is someone on the forms that makes wild game dishes that I would eat.

Randy,

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a cold and windy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of              great people with tons of information on just about everything.
