I'm Brian from n.c. been hunting all my life and this year has been great so far. Have been lucky enough to kill a few deer so I have an abundance of meat. Decide to build a smokehouse and give that a try. Here are the snack sticks from yesterday made 10 pound and down to 4 after kids worked on them last night.
