Hi everyone I'm John. I'm from NE Ohio. Got a new Masterbuilt 40" last month as my first ever smoker. I came across this site while trying to learn the ins and outs and the pork,chickens,and brisket I have tried so far have come out great thanks to all the tips I have read on here. I figured it was about time I officially joined and introduced myself.
