I've been grilling and smoking for ... well, I'll just say for a few decades. But never quite satisfied, so I keep experimenting with methods, rubs, marinades, etc.
Hopefully, some day I'll be a contributor and not just asking questions or lurking.

I don't remember what got me here. I had already been smoking and curing for years.
I learned better methods to smoke and cure meat.
