New here from CT

Bought my dad a Weber Smokey Mountain this summer, and have been going to his house every few weekends to experiment and try to get the hang of the smoker. Culminated at an attempt to smoke a goose for Christmas, which I must say was pretty successful! Been lurking around here a little while, and look forward to learning even more from you folks.
