New here and to smoking

Just bought my WSM 14.5 smoker and have used it a few times. LOVE IT!!! Anyway, I'm from south central PA and always liked a good piece of meat, especially BBQ. I also like having a good brew(typically dark) and fiddling around in my vegetable garden. I've visited this site a few times before and it's been helpful. Looking forward to reading ideas and suggestions.
