Wow! That's a lot of salami! How many pounds of finished product did you end up with?
I’m not sure - in this batch probably around 125-150 pounds.
 
Is this a commercial operation or is that your kitchen?
If it is your kitchen, do you need someone to mow your lawn for room & board!
