Oh ever since getting a pellet grill that is were I season my CI’s….ie no more burned oil smell in the house!!!
I wondered about that, if the smoke would interfere with the polymerization. Sure would be nicer, and I’m supposed to get to 500+ with the RT-590.

Not much smoke at 500 degrees for say and I haven’t seen any effects other than I’m not in the dog house any more……lol……
 
Sorry, I guess I should of started a different thread. Was just looking back at when I bought these. Hard to tell from the pic but the Wok turned out very good! It wobbled pretty good and i was thinking the handle was too heavy but after I took them off still not sit right. Took a hammer to it will hot and sits good now.
