Hi everyone newbie here with an offset stick smoker. Looking for hints and tricks to make better use of my smoker. Also looking for some sources for clean seasoned wood locally not store bought.

I am sure you will find lots of ideas on here. For me a stick burner is still on the Wishlist.
 
Welcome from Miami. I get to Memphis a couple times a year for work. always cherish the Q there.
I lived in Hollywood and worked off the Palmetto for years - Don't miss the traffic but do miss the Cuban food and coffee
