Hey guys, new member here (actually I just joined a few days ago). Been grilling/somewhat smoking on a Weber kettle for years. Bought a masterbuilt gravity when they came out, and now I'm hooked.
Was led to this forum when researching building an offset smoker, currently building a reverse flow from an old air tank. Build thread here.
